Kids in action - Boot Camp designed especially for kids
Kids in action boot camp is designed with a huge emphasis on team work.
Team based Activities include
Sprint course rogainne
Teams are required follow a clue based map to find checkpoint markers, race back to base for problem solving activity or fitness exercise then proceed to the next checkpoint. Teams must complete all, checkpoints, activities and exercises as a team. First team to complete course gets a star for their certificate. All participants receive a certificate of completion and completion time. Teams, courses, problem solving and fitness activities change regularly.
Commando Course
Kids get down and dirty on the commando course.
Courses vary and include commando rolls (correct technique taught prior to commencement), commando crawl, various obstacle challenges and terrain, cargo net, monkey bars, tires and fitness stations (push ups, sit ups, star jumps etc).

As one team/group. All recruits in one tight unit all for one and one for all

Relay style in teams

Sprint for time. Each recruit completes commando course a fast as possible. Time is recorded for individuals to challenge themselves against themselves next time they complete a sprint for time.

Endurance. As many complete circuits as possible in a given time
Basic Fitness
Basic fitness training encourages a love of basic exercises giving realistic and achievable goals/outcomes with performance based incentives.
We incorporate a star based incentive/encouragement training system.
Basic fitness has 5 different stages/levels of attainment.

Activities include skipping, jogging in rythm, star jumps, burpees, push ups, sit ups
Example level 1 - Cadet training
Skip 2 min non stop - Run 2 min non stop - Star jumps 2 min non stop - 10 burpees - 10 push ups - 10 sit ups
Cadets receive a star for each activity they can complete. When cadet can complete all activities in their level they progress to the next level.
