it works
Assessment
A Fitness Command Center fitness Consultant will meet with the Employer/HR manager to discuss strategies for implementing
a health & fitness program into your particular workplace.
The
consultant will review available facilities (training room) for
implementing a particular program & prior to your meeting will have
researched all available & suitable nearby locations ie park, beach
etc & have that information with them to allow for various training
options.
The consultant will the discuss numbers you expect to be involved the fitness, boxing, boot camp or trust/fitness
sessions.
We then
tailor a package to meet your groups needs as per our discussions. This
package will be presented to you & ready to implement immediately
at a time that suits you should you decide to go ahead with our
recommendations.
Monitoring
We will run regular assessments to monitor the improvements of your staff from a health &
fitness perspective.
